Job Title:- Executive – HR & Administration

Job Description:-

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal (Naukri,Timesjob) Mass mailing, Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Maintaining the MIS & database.
  • Follow up on selected candidates documentation
  • Assisting with documentation of new joiners in the system.
  • Orientation & Joining & Exit Formalities:
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Required Skills:-

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment.
